The terms Book City has negotiated with most suppliers are either 30 or sixty day trading terms with gross margins (discounts off RRP) of 45% in most cases. New releases and group purchases are often bought at up to 10% further discount. A majority of New Release stock is Fully Sale or Return with some publishers allowing returns on back list. Stock supplied to you from the Book City warehouse is usually firm sale and payable on a sixty day basis.
